I wasn't impressed, guy spent too much time looking at his phone rather than customer service so did not fill me with confidence if i had a problem he would be more interested in social media than my problem
I have bought 2 cars from here, 1st one was as a replacement for one we chose, because it developed a computer controlled fault after a week, and I have had the car for around 7 years now. The second also had some issues, but Norman spent time fixing and getting problems fixed. Still have that one too, coming up to 4 years now. 1st place I will look when I have to replace.

Very good service the first car I purchased there had a slight problem after 6 weeks I phoned Norman he booked it in to a local garage the next day and the problem was fixed.
I advise no one to buy anything from here sold my partner a car witch would be carryin a baby and 3year old in all the time and when we got it home to find out the front wheel was only held on by 1 wheel nut. When we phoned to tell them the can have the car back and I look elsewhere he denied us our money and said I cant look at your now as im shut so take me trading standards
